Returns Policy
Bespokegiftingtree generally does not accept returns or replacements for products purchased through our website. However, if you believe there's a valid reason to return an item, such as receiving a damaged product, you can request a return through our website or by contacting us at bespokegiftingtree@gmail.com with all relevant details. Requests for returns or replacements must be made within 4 hours of delivery.
If Bespokegiftingtree approves your return request, depending on the nature of the product or your request, you may be eligible for either a replacement or a refund. The decision will be made at the discretion of Bespokegiftingtree.
Replacement
If a replacement is agreed upon, we will ensure that the returned product is replaced with one of the same description as originally ordered, subject to stock availability.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, the purchase price of the returned product will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
To process returns and replacements, the following will be checked by us or our agents:
- A photograph of the product you wish to return.
- The invoice provided at the time of purchase.
- The product must be returned unused, unaltered, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, including the box and all tags, labels, and any product accessories, must be intact.
If we determine that the product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return request. Some products may not be eligible for returns due to their nature, and these exclusions will be indicated in our Terms and Conditions.
Refund Policy
If Bespokegiftingtree agrees to a refund following a return or cancellation, once we receive and accept the returned product in accordance with our Returns Policy, we will process the refund of the original purchase price. Refunds will be transferred to your bank account within 7 business days. If you do not receive your refund within this period, please contact your bank or reach out to us at bespokegiftingtree@gmail.com.
Cancellation Policy
You may request a cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery of your order, provided the product is returnable under our Terms and Conditions. If the cancellation is approved, any payments made will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

Deliveries will be made according to the date and time slot chosen by the customer, who must ensure the accuracy of the provided information. Bespokegiftingtree will rely solely on the information provided by the customer for delivery purposes.
Deliveries may be handled by Bespokegiftingtree, our product partners, or our logistics partners. Delivery charges will depend on the location, delivery time, and the nature of the products purchased.
